1. Information We Collect
MEDHAVI collects and processes information needed to provide its educational services, including:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Mobile phone number.
- Account and authentication information.
- Course enrollments and enrollment status.
- Lesson completion and learning progress.
- Questions, discussion posts and replies.
- In-app notifications.
- Payment transaction identifiers, amounts and payment status.
Passwords are securely managed by the authentication provider and are not stored by MEDHAVI in readable form.
MEDHAVI does not currently collect device GPS location or state/district information through its application.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage student accounts.
- Provide access to courses and learning materials.
- Track course enrollment and learning progress.
- Support course discussions and student queries.
- Send relevant course announcements and notifications.
- Process and verify course payments.
- Respond to support and account-related requests.
MEDHAVI does not sell student personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Younger Learners and Parental Involvement
MEDHAVI is designed to support secondary-school learners, including students who may be minors.
We encourage students to create and use accounts with the knowledge and involvement of their parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians may contact MEDHAVI regarding a student's account or personal information.
MEDHAVI does not currently operate an automated guardian-consent or verification system.
4. Course Progress and Discussions
MEDHAVI stores course enrollment information, lesson completion records, discussion questions, replies and notifications to operate its learning services.
Private discussion queries are restricted to their author and authorized teaching staff. Public discussions may be visible to authorized course participants.
5. Payment Processing
Course payments are processed through Razorpay.
MEDHAVI stores payment-related information such as transaction identifiers, order amounts, currency and payment status for verification and enrollment management.
Payment card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs and banking credentials are not stored in MEDHAVI's application database.
Razorpay processes sensitive payment information through its own payment infrastructure and is subject to its applicable privacy practices.
6. Storage and Security
MEDHAVI uses Lovable Cloud infrastructure for authentication, database services and file storage.
Course videos and PDFs are stored in protected storage and are made available through authorized access mechanisms.
We use access controls and database security policies to help protect personal information and restrict access to authorized users.
We cannot promise absolute security or that unauthorized access is impossible.
7. Cookies and Tracking
MEDHAVI uses functional browser storage and cookies necessary for authentication, maintaining sessions and remembering interface preferences.
According to the current implementation, MEDHAVI does not use third-party advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
MEDHAVI retains account and learning information for as long as necessary to provide its services and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
There is currently no self-service account deletion feature.
Students or their parents/guardians may request account or personal-data access, correction or deletion by contacting MEDHAVI at medhavi.support@gmail.com with the subject “Data request”.
Such requests are handled manually by authorized administrators and may require verification of the requester's identity or authority.
9. Your Privacy Rights
You or your parent/legal guardian, where applicable, may contact MEDHAVI to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information.
